1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BeoTech Links ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

BeoTech provides users with tools to create, customize, and manage "link-in-bio" landing pages. The Service includes various tiers (Free, Light, Heavy) which govern the specific features available to your account.

3. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for all content (text, links, images) that you upload or display on your BeoTech profile. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Distribute illegal, harmful, or malicious content (e.g., malware, phishing links).
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

4. URL Slugs & Account Retention

Custom URLs (slugs) are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. URL modification features are strictly limited based on your subscription tier to prevent link rot. BeoTech reserves the right to reclaim inactive usernames.

5. Modifications to Service

BeoTech reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
